To mark the seventh new moon of 2022, Sacred Oak present "To Hold Up The Sky."

Rather than the densely-arranged long tone excursions of the new moon DRONES already released this year, "To Hold Up The Sky," offers a somewhat more spacious exploration of heavy guitar timbres.

Two entirely improvised guitar tracks were recorded and layered to create "To Hold Up The Sky." The guitars were tuned to open B-flat minor, and run through a lot of distortion, delay and reverb. What you hear is what happened. No retakes, no overdubs.

Listen for the ghosts. Play LOUD.
